Rosés are a good companion to foods cooked with garlic, or delicately spiced Asian dishes such as szechuan chicken, stir-fried egg with prawn. Good too with white-rinded cheeses such as Camembert and Brie so long as you don’t let them get too ripe and runny. Prawn Cocktail crisps also work a treat!
They are also a match for match with cold smoked salmon and cream fraiche or melon & prosciutto, hummus dip or small quiches with Mediterranean couscous or just by itself with good company!
