A dark purple-red in colour. On the nose, aromatic black cherry fruits backed up by notes of black pepper and vanilla. The palate is well structured with mineral notes. Dry with sweet tannins and an earthy finish.
Great with grilled pork chops basted in apple juice and brown sugar, roasted guinea fowl with celeriac and sweet potato or a fennel and tomato gratin
